How to Unlike Something on Facebook

Being one of the most widely-used social media platforms in the world, Facebook is a brilliant way to share your memories with family members and friends, and even interact with their posts through likes, comments, and shares. However, sometimes you might like a certain post or page accidentally, or you might even change your mind after a while, and don’t wish for your likes to be publically available on any posts/pages you don’t associate with anymore.

Unliking photos and posts with a computer

To unlike an image or any other post when you’re using Facebook on your computer, simply follow these easy steps below:

  1. Firstly, load the Facebook website in your preferred browser, and log in if necessary.
  2. Press the down arrow at the top-right part of the display.
  3. Press on the Settings & Privacy option, and then choose Activity Log.
  4. In the left banner, press the blue Filter tab. Choose the Likes and Reactions option, and then press the blue Save Changes button.
