Why would I need to see a history of my Zoom meetings?
With so many meetings, calls, and even events happening over Zoom, it’s completely natural that you’d want to be able to find a history of those meetings.
And there are myriad reasons why you might want to – perhaps so you can find the Meeting ID of someone you need to get back in touch with; maybe to remind yourself or show proof of the specific date & time of a previous call; or, just maybe, to delete any record of those calls.
Whatever your reasons for wanting to find the history of your Zoom meetings, we’re here to help. To find your Zoom meeting history, just follow our step-by-step instructions up above.
Can anyone see my Zoom meeting history?
Only people with your Zoom User ID and password (which is hopefully just you!) can see your Zoom meeting history. However, it’s important to remember that this doesn’t mean only you can see that you’ve hosted or been a part of a call.
After all, the other people in the call will also be able to see their own Zoom meeting history, and therefore the history will be available elsewhere to prove that you were part of or hosted a specific Zoom call.
Can I delete my Zoom meeting history?
Yes! You can absolutely delete (or ‘clear’) your Zoom meeting history. To learn how to do so, simply follow the relevant tutorial up above.
How far back does my Zoom meeting history go?
Unfortunately, if you’re looking to find the meeting history for Zoom calls you took part in or hosted a long time ago, chances are that this information will no longer be available. Certainly, on your computer’s Zoom app and smartphone app you will only be able to see the Zoom meeting history for the past few months.
If you want to see the most comprehensive Zoom meeting history, then we recommend you follow our tutorial for viewing your history via the Zoom web portal above. This is where you’ll find the history which goes back furthest in history.
